Include the email address you used when ordering. The link stays valid for a year and works up to 100 times; if it still fails, we send you a new one, no questions asked.
A typo on the poster
Wrong date, misspelled name, wrong place? Write to us with the correction. For typing errors we recreate the poster at no extra cost.
Special request or custom size
A size not offered in the shop, a different crop, several posters as a series — just ask. Much of it can be arranged, some cannot; we will tell you honestly which.
Refunds
Digital products are excluded from the right of withdrawal once the download is available. If something went wrong anyway, get in touch — so far we have refunded every justified complaint.
